Although the booking stated "free wi-fi internet", I was charged extra for it (not all rooms have internet access). The extra charge was 10 euro/night.

the prices are incredibly affordable, making it perfect for budget travelers like myself. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with any requests. Lastly, the location, although not in the center of the city, was still very convenient with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. It was nice to stay in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the main urban area.

The internet connector was too loose. Cabinets by the 1st Floor Elevator/Hallway, esthetically not eye pleasing. They are not uniform in sizes and locks. Very bad! Need to use or build better storages.

The parking is kind of expensive and they might get more results if they skip that part and there was difficulty finding parking around the hotel because of road works.

I had a great experience at Businesshotel in Berlin. One of the things that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the small things. The hotel is easily accessed by the tram with a stop just opposite. The necessary facilities - phone, television etc. are in each room. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice of items.

Kind and helpful staffs, clean rooms and reasonable price!

Room was very clean. Room price was not expensive. The other reason for me to choose tis hotel was it had a indoor parking lot just for 4 euro per day. Entrance to the parking is very narrow. If you come with a big car and no parking sensor you may have trouble during entering end exiting the indoor parking area (there is also outdoor parking). Hotel is just besides a street and Railway is available on the street. I stayed on the street side. It was a little bit noisy. If you are picky on that then choose the other side. I stayed in room no:6, wireless internet was a available but the speed was terrible. I got crazy and whenever i needed internet İ went to the lobby area. But my overall assessment is good (close to perfect.). In my opinion, Benefit/price ratio is high
